General Search for an item
The front page is designed to get you into the general area of what you are looking for e.g. "Land Rovers" or "Trucks" depending on which section you elect to view.

You can then use the listings provided e.g. "Cargo Trucks", "Tipper Trucks" etc. to fine tune your requirements.

Specific Search
A search page is provided on both the front page and by clicking on "Search" from the top menu bar. This is useful if you know the name of the item you are searching for e.g. Fantuzzi or Fire Engine

Getting More Information
If you are interested in pursuing a line of enquiry on one or more items you can select "Contact Us" from the main menu bar or from the button provided on the "Details" page relating to the item selected.

Getting a Formal Quote
If you have a serious interest in pursuing an item with a view to purchase, you can (where available) request a formal quote by clicking on the link provided with the item selected. This will automatically send you (by email) a link to enable you to retrieve your quote.

Affilliates (Ring for Details)
We are soon to offer the facility to visitors whereby they can generate a commission by referring a customer. We are assessing the possibility of producing the html syntax which will allow affilliates to incorporate elements of the database into their own website.

Frequently asked questions
The following is a list of current FAQ's or Frequently Asked Questions as received from visitors:

• How much is a product
  We do not openly advertise prices due to the volume and speed at which stock rotates. A formal quote can be requested for interested parties.
• Can we visit to view the product
  Our doors are always open to prospective customers but, the site is 65 acres in size and Health and Safety regulations prohibit us from allowing the general public from simply wandering around. Any visitors must be by appointment only so that we can escort them around the site. If you want to make an appointment use the "Contact Us" page or give us a ring.
• Payment Method
  All items sold are on an Ex. Works basis with payment being by Cheque (to clear prior to release of vehicles/equipment), Bank Transfer or Irrevocable Letter of Credit drawn against a British Bank
• I keep getting "Page Not Found"
  The reasons for the problems you are experiencing is that our website utilises a non Microsoft format database which is open to data theft and corruption.

  Microsoft databases or low security databases use filename suffix’s including (.asp, .php, .dhtml or cgi for example)

• Our database uses a filename suffix of (.FP5)

  You are undoubtedly trying to view our website from behind a high level and secure firewall system.

  To resolve the issue

• Click HERE to use our alternate lower security PHP/MySQL based database..... or

• Instruct your IT staff to add .fp5 to the list of permissible filename suffixes, this will correct the problem.

  We also utilise a non-standard port adress (port 80 being the standard internet data port) so they might also need to set permission for use of port :1066

• The screen does not display properly
  This site was designed for use with Internet explorer.
  
  Visitors to the site using Netscape or Mozilla Firefox will achieve better resuilts by running the site through Internet Explorer (IE) which is common to 98% of work and home based pc systems.
